Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Foreman in Electrical Engineering to lead a team of electrical fitters within a Europe-wide service provider specializing in building, plant, and infrastructure technology in Hamburg. Day-to-day responsibilities include the technical leadership of the team, providing support for problem-solving in coordination with project management, performing qualified fault analysis, and executing disassembly and assembly work on plant components. The Foreman is also responsible for monitoring team performance, ensuring quality standards are met, coordinating site activities, and managing material disposition. The ideal candidate must possess a completed electrical engineering vocational qualification, multi-year experience in electrical engineering (preferably industrial installation), and knowledge of control, plant, and automation technology. This full-time, permanent position offers an immediate start via temporary employment with a clear goal of permanent takeover by the client.
