Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Electronics Technician specializing in Devices and Systems, joining an internationally active technology company in Wedel. The primary focus of the day-to-day work involves the autonomous operation of fully automatic Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assembly lines. Key responsibilities include setting up and retooling SMT systems (printing, SPI, placement, oven, AOI), loading and unloading materials onto SMT feeders, performing regular maintenance, and troubleshooting simple malfunctions. Additionally, the role requires SMT hand soldering and rework on SMT-assembled circuit boards. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational training in electronics or a comparable qualification, coupled with initial professional experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably within SMT production.
