Job Summary

Join a leading semiconductor startup in Dresden, Germany, focused on developing next-generation NR+ microchips for non-cellular 5G massive IoT applications using FD-SOI technology. This role involves designing high-frequency integrated circuits (RFICs) for wireless communication systems in deep-submicron CMOS technology. Key responsibilities include conducting top-level simulations, defining block-level specifications for analog and digital components, and performing pre-tapeout verifications (power, timing, reliability). The ideal candidate possesses extensive industry experience in RF/Analog IC design, familiarity with modern CMOS processes like 22FDX, and expertise across the entire RFIC product development lifecycle, from concept to mass production. You will collaborate closely with layout and system teams, characterize post-silicon designs, and troubleshoot yield issues, contributing directly to a new class of wireless communication technology.
