Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive Technical Operations Manager to lead the electrical engineering operations, focusing heavily on the installation and optimization of photovoltaic systems. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of technical projects, from initial planning through successful commissioning, while ensuring strict adherence to budget targets and safety standards (DIN VDE). A core component of this position involves the leadership, motivation, and strategic development of a technical team of approximately 40 employees. The ideal candidate holds a qualification such as a Master Electrician or certified Electrical Engineering Technician, supplemented by VEFK training, and brings at least five years of experience, ideally within renewable energy.
