Job Summary
As an Electrical Engineer specializing in Grid Planning Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of energy supply. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve developing and planning forward-thinking projects in renewable energy and operational grid management, spanning from initial conception to final implementation. You will be responsible for integrating decentralized energy generation plants into medium and high-voltage grids (up to 110-kV), managing project budgets of up to €30 million, and overseeing the entire procurement and construction process. This includes creating tender documents, evaluating bids, and coordinating site execution. Beyond technical planning, you will implement monitoring and control concepts for large-scale battery storage and renewable assets. This position is particularly attractive due to its high level of responsibility, offering a 37-hour work week, comprehensive benefits including 35 days of leave (30 days plus 5 additional), and a strong focus on professional development and health management within a stable, permanent employment structure.
Required Skills
Education
University or technical college degree in Electrical Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in grid operations, electrical engineering, or process automation related to renewable energies
- Practical experience in project management, specifically handling tender processes and construction coordination
- Experience in the analysis and evaluation of malfunctions in energy generation plants
- Experience with decentralized energy generation and high-voltage grid integration
- Leadership experience is an advantage, or a willingness to develop into a leadership role

Additional
- Switching authorization (Schaltberechtigung) up to 110 kV is desirable. Valid Class B (Car) driver's license required. Willingness for continuous further training and high commitment to occupational safety.
