Job Summary

This role as a Maintenance Manager at FERCHAU Rostock involves ensuring the smooth, continuous operation of all production and process systems through comprehensive maintenance strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading preventive maintenance, servicing, and repair activities for complex electrical and mechanical operational systems. A key focus will be on troubleshooting advanced control systems, including Siemens S5/S7 PLCs, Danfoss VLT frequency converters, and B&R controls, as well as commissioning new mechatronic and electrical systems. You will also be responsible for supporting production facilities during ongoing processes and performing detailed fault analysis on switching and control systems. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification as an Electronics or Mechatronics Technician and demonstrate strong expertise in both conventional control technology and drive systems (Danfoss, SEW Eurodrive).
