Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT field services for a specialized IT consulting company focused on information and communication technology. As an IT Field Service Technician based in Munich, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle management of PC inventory, including the setup and dismantling of new and used equipment. Key daily tasks involve executing classic IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, installing necessary operating systems and various applications, and performing required data backups. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification in the IT field, possesses profound knowledge of common Microsoft operating systems, and is proficient in handling various hardware and peripheral devices. Strong communication skills in both German and English are mandatory, along with a Class B driving license.
