Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Team Lead in Information Security, responsible for managing a team within the Joint Computing Center of the German Pension Insurance. The successful candidate will oversee personnel and technical responsibilities, coordinating team activities and driving change processes. Key tasks include developing and maintaining security policies, supporting incident response, and leading cross-departmental projects. This position offers the opportunity to shape strategic security goals for approximately 50 million insured individuals, focusing on IT security, business continuity, data protection, risk, and authorization management. It requires a leader who can effectively manage a team, contribute to IT security tasks, and represent the department in various committees, with occasional travel and on-call duties.
