This role involves supporting the Saxony State Criminal Police Office (LKA) in managing critical administrative and digital documentation processes. The successful candidate will handle daily mail processing (inbound, distribution, and outbound), execute legally compliant digitization processes including scanning, validation, and archiving, and manage records within specialized police systems like IVO and VIS-Polizei, as well as the VIS.SAX Document Management System. Key requirements include a completed professional qualification in office/administration, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and a strong sense of responsibility, communication, and teamwork. This position is crucial for actively advancing and shaping the digitalization efforts within the Saxon police force, requiring a meticulous and structured approach to work.
