Job Summary

Oppenhoff & Partner, a leading independent German full-service law firm, is seeking an experienced Attorney and/or Tax Consultant to join their Tax Law team in Cologne or Frankfurt am Main. This role focuses on complex tax law matters, particularly in succession planning, asset management, and foundation law, often within an international context. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising entrepreneurs, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals on structuring wealth, investments, and business succession, as well as handling inheritance and gift tax declarations. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and fluent English, coupled with successful completion of the tax consultant exam or a law degree with a focus on tax law.
