Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position in Neustadt a. d. Donau seeks an experienced IT Specialist to manage and optimize the client's core IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include the configuration and management of firewalls, specifically Sophos XG, and the administration and maintenance of SQL databases, ideally SQL Server 2016. The role also involves managing Hyper-V virtual environments (preferably Server 2016 based), developing PowerShell scripts for IT automation, and administering ManageEngine solutions. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification and several years of experience in system administration, coupled with proficiency in the required technologies.
