The Laboratory Analytics Specialist will be instrumental in supporting laboratory management through the development, validation, and transfer of physical-chemical methods specifically for quality control of biologics. Day-to-day tasks involve planning and executing stability studies, evaluating analytical data, and managing method lifecycles to ensure peak performance. A key aspect of the job is working extensively with a diverse methods portfolio, including advanced techniques like SEC, CEX, CGE, and Peptide Mapping, alongside classical pharmacopeia methods such as pH and turbidity analysis. Candidates must possess a scientific degree, relevant lab experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and familiarity with regulated environments, chromatographical, and electrophoretic methods, utilizing modern lab management systems (LIMS) and electronic lab notebooks (ELN).
