Job Summary

This critical role involves contributing directly to Germany's energy transition by supporting the expansion and modernization of high-voltage grids. The High Voltage Grid Concept Engineer will develop efficient technical solutions and concepts for new construction, renewal, and maintenance projects concerning high-voltage overhead lines and cables. Key responsibilities include acting as the technical interface between various internal and external stakeholders and grid partners, ensuring that technical, economic, and grid planning aspects are strategically integrated. You will be responsible for managing project phases and ensuring adherence to quality and deadline requirements. Candidates must possess a technical university degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechatronics, coupled with professional experience in high-voltage infrastructure. The position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a future-oriented, digitally affine mindset to develop efficient and future-proof overall solutions.
