Job Summary

This role seeks an Electrical Engineer, ideally specialized in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology, to join a dynamic team in Cottbus, Germany. The core responsibilities involve complex network calculations using PowerFactory software, including short-circuit and load flow analyses. The engineer will also be crucial in assessing grid connections for renewable energy generation facilities (EEG) and reviewing protection settings. Day-to-day tasks include working with GIS systems to draw plans, determining the most economically favorable connection points, and calculating transmission capacities for equipment within substations and medium-voltage networks.
