Job Summary

This critical role seeks an experienced IT professional to lead a small team and ensure the seamless operation of the local IT infrastructure at the Gerstungen site. The Coordinator will manage the Workplace environment, local infrastructure, and critical OT/Shopfloor systems. Key responsibilities include implementing and advancing ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Asset, and Knowledge Management) according to ITIL standards, handling regular maintenance, patching, backup management, and system monitoring. The ideal candidate will also manage small to medium-sized site projects, coordinate resources, oversee external service providers to meet SLAs, and continuously optimize cost structures. Success requires a relevant university degree, 3-5 years of practical experience in IT operations, and strong leadership, communication, and customer orientation skills.
