Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced professional focused on driving efficiency and optimization within complex organizational processes. The Specialist will be responsible for meticulously documenting existing processes, capturing changes for new procedures, and conducting deep process analyses to develop and implement targeted optimization measures. A core part of the role involves utilizing Lean methodologies and creating/maintaining Value Stream Maps (VSM) to enhance efficiency. Furthermore, the specialist will analyze and document input/output requirements for interface partners, manage risk, and ensure quality assurance by consolidating critical quality aspects (Critical to Quality). The position requires a technical background, extensive practical experience in process optimization, and fluency in both German and English, offering a future-oriented, permanent contract with flexible working arrangements.
