Job Summary

This role involves working as a Test Field Engineer within the medium voltage test field, focusing on conducting and coordinating tests for electrical power engineering components. Key responsibilities include performing development and type tests on medium-voltage switchgear, meticulously documenting results, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards (such as IEC 62271). The engineer will also be involved in coordinating maintenance of testing and measurement technology, and supporting projects aimed at advancing test field technology. Candidates should hold a Master's or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably specializing in electrical power engineering, and possess strong foundational knowledge in high-voltage technology and switchgear. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in test laboratories and fluency in German, alongside very good written and spoken English skills, making this an excellent opportunity for specialized engineers seeking a long-term, challenging role in power systems testing.
