Job Summary

This role is for a Technical Assistant within the Medical Clinic I at the University Hospital Bonn, focusing on essential laboratory and research support in a part-time capacity (19.25 hours/week). The successful candidate will manage general lab organization, including equipment maintenance and reagent preparation, and handle the administration of biological samples (intake, documentation, and storage). Key responsibilities involve performing specialized immunologic techniques such as flow cytometry, ELISA, and bead assays, alongside molecular biology techniques like PCR and RT-PCR, and cell culture experiments. The position requires a background as a BTA, MTA, or MTLA, strong knowledge of immunology and molecular biology techniques, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
