Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated IT Business Analyst (Fachanalyst) within the digitalization, business processes, and IT subdivision of Munich's municipal water and sewage utility. The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact for their assigned department regarding new IT requirements not covered by standard services, effectively bridging the gap between the specialist department and the central IT service provider. Day-to-day tasks involve close collaboration with stakeholders to prioritize requirements, develop functional concepts, discuss potential solutions, and oversee the implementation of new or existing IT services. Key requirements include a university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification, coupled with at least four years of relevant professional experience.
