Job Summary

This role involves creating and modifying PLC programs for automated systems and machinery, playing a crucial part in modern industrial automation. Day-to-day tasks include commissioning control systems, performing functional tests both on-site and in-house, and analyzing and optimizing existing automation solutions to enhance efficiency and process safety. The specialist will also be responsible for generating technical documentation, supporting the training of operating and maintenance personnel, and coordinating with internal departments and clients to implement customized automation concepts. Key requirements include a degree or professional qualification in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology, practical experience in PLC programming (ideally with Siemens TIA Portal or S7), and a strong understanding of electrical schematics and control concepts.
