Job Summary
This role requires an ambitious IT professional to serve as the central point of contact for all incoming service requests and incidents, contributing to the smart integration of IT trends and established solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the communication interface between users and subsequent support teams, handling change requests, and providing qualified First Level Support for hardware and software issues via phone and email. A critical part of the job is the meticulous prioritization, classification, documentation, and monitoring of all disturbances within a ticketing system, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in current Microsoft products and standard hardware, coupled with proven experience in Service Desk environments. Success in this position requires a highly customer-friendly, service-oriented approach and excellent social competence, alongside fluency in both written and spoken German and English.

Education
Completed training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or comparable qualification.
