This role is for an experienced Construction Manager specializing in asphalt paving and infrastructure projects within the Schleswig-Holstein West region. The successful candidate will independently plan and execute construction measures, ensuring adherence to technical and economic targets while monitoring site results. Key responsibilities include coordinating personnel, subcontractors, and foremen, managing contract variations (Nachträge), and handling project invoicing and settlements. The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering, preferably in road or civil construction, coupled with significant professional experience in asphalt construction management. Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset are essential for maintaining smooth communication with clients, planners, and internal departments. The position offers long-term perspectives within an international construction group, including a company car and a 13th-month salary.
