Job Summary

The University Hospital Bonn (UKB) is seeking a Specialist Planner for Building Services Engineering (TGA) to act as a Client Representative within their Construction Management division. This role is crucial for the significant modernization of the Venusberg Campus, involving complex new construction, conversion, and renovation projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include project planning, realization of TGA trades across all phases (1-8 HOAI), and acting as the client's representative, providing technical leadership to external specialist planners. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Technical Building Services or equivalent, possesses comprehensive experience in TGA planning and construction supervision, and ideally has knowledge of medical gases, measurement and control technology, and hospital construction hygiene. This is a full-time, permanent position offering substantial scope for design and impact within a major academic medical center.
