Job Summary

This fixed-term position is for a Junior Project Manager supporting complex IT infrastructure and service projects for a major client in Munich, under the umbrella of Akkodis, a global Digital Engineering consultancy. The core focus involves rigorous project controlling, including monitoring schedules, milestones, and costs, while also ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include identifying and coordinating project dependencies, managing changes and risks, and providing direct support to senior Project Leaders by handling special topics. The role requires strong organizational skills for creating and maintaining critical documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and protocols, organizing regular communication, and managing the project repository. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical project administration and procurement support.
