Key qualifications include a completed IT apprenticeship, specifically as an IT Specialist in System Integration, 3 years of practical experience in 2nd-level support, and a mandatory Class B driving license. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, communicative, and skilled in independent problem-solving and documentation using ticketing systems.
