Job Summary

This specialized Hardware Engineering role focuses on Safety Instrumentation and Control (I&C) systems, primarily within power plant construction projects. The core responsibility involves creating comprehensive manufacturing documentation for safety control cabinets, translating complex functional requirements into detailed designs based on qualified hardware platforms. Day-to-day tasks include performing critical electrical calculations, such as determining current consumption, power loss, voltage drop, and estimating resulting temperatures within the cabinets. The specialist will utilize document management systems for meticulous record-keeping and coordinate closely with manufacturing, testing, and commissioning teams to ensure accurate customer documentation. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology, coupled with initial professional experience in this field, and fluent proficiency in both German and English is mandatory.
