Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated IT System Administrator, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IDM/IAM) systems within Thuringia's sole university hospital. The administrator will be responsible for the planning, operation, monitoring, and administration of the central IDM/IAM system, ensuring reliable service for both on-premise and cloud applications, including interfaces with systems like SAP HCM. Key tasks involve providing Level 2 support, conducting complex fault analyses, and actively driving the standardization and automation of IDM/IAM processes across various services. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and scripting (Python/PowerShell) to advise departments on user management development, implement security measures, and participate in security audits, contributing significantly to the IT security framework of a major healthcare institution.
