The successful candidate will be responsible for the organizational, technical, and personnel steering of a dedicated team of 10 employees. A major focus of the role involves the strategic further development of modern, efficient, and service-oriented HR standards, including driving digitalization projects and employer marketing initiatives. The Head of HR acts as the lead expert in complex and sensitive personnel law cases, providing crucial and trusted advice to executive management on labor, collective bargaining, and civil service law. Key requirements include a relevant university degree or the Angestelltenlehrgang II certification, coupled with professional experience in HR, ideally within public administration.
