Job Summary

This permanent, full-time role seeks a dedicated Business Support Specialist responsible for the independent management of customer service and the entire Order-to-Cash process. Key daily activities include managing forecasting, processing orders, handling customer complaints, and overseeing dunning procedures in compliance with internal policies. The specialist will utilize relevant systems for timely order management and proactively engage with defined customers, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. A critical function involves acting as a central interface, collaborating closely with Account Managers and STO, and serving as a trusted point of contact for various internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate must hold a completed commercial qualification (such as an Office Administrator) with at least three years of relevant professional experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Essential requirements include strong organizational and communication skills, a solution-oriented approach, and fluency in both German (C1 minimum) and English.
