Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT Support Specialist ready to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting end customers, specifically for BASE. Day-to-day responsibilities involve comprehensive end-device management, including inventory, registration, issuance, and retrieval. A core part of the job is managing incoming service requests via hotline and ticketing systems, classifying disruptions, and resolving both hardware and software issues. Furthermore, you will be responsible for setting up workstations, transporting equipment, documenting all work steps, and maintaining the knowledge database. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT System Integration or equivalent, proven experience in hardware and software support, and strong practical knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 configuration. The position offers excellent working conditions, a regulated 40-hour work week, flat hierarchies, and strong potential for permanent employment with the client.
