Job Summary

This hands-on role involves the comprehensive setup, maintenance, and relocation of IT workstations across various client sites, primarily within Germany. The Rollout Technician is responsible for the physical installation and dismantling of hardware, including PCs, laptops, docking stations, printers, and peripherals. Daily tasks include providing first-level error analysis and troubleshooting on-site, instructing end-users on hardware and software usage, and meticulously documenting all installation processes and issues via a dedicated application. The ideal candidate must hold a relevant technical qualification, such as an IT System Electronics Technician or IT Specialist for System Integration, combined with initial practical experience in workstation relocation. Success requires a high degree of service orientation, excellent German proficiency, and the flexibility to undertake occasional nationwide travel, making this a dynamic and essential customer-facing IT support position.
