Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT Support for a major European IT service provider, focusing on onsite support for a key end-customer (Infosys). The specialist will handle incident resolution and order processing according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including participation in an on-call rotation. Day-to-day tasks include extensive troubleshooting, configuration, and installation of end-user devices such as PCs, notebooks, and printers. Furthermore, the specialist will assist users with mobile devices, diagnose network issues, and support network components. The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT Systems Integration or a comparable qualification, possesses strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with standard hardware and MS Office applications, and excellent German and good English language skills. This position offers excellent working conditions, competitive compensation (€38,000 - €41,000 gross annual salary), and strong prospects for permanent employment with the client.
