Job Summary

This role involves providing essential Onsite IT Support within a shift system (early/late shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday) for a leading European IT service provider. The specialist will be responsible for executing on-site support tasks, including IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities, and managing ticket resolution. Key daily duties include setting up and dismantling workstations, troubleshooting hardware issues, managing the inventory of notebooks and other hardware (including imaging and wiping devices), and handling the issuance and return of equipment and mobile devices, providing initial user instruction. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant IT qualification, initial experience in onsite support and ticketing systems, fluent German language skills, and a Class B driving license, demonstrating strong customer focus and a reliable, solution-oriented approach.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification

Experience
