Job Summary

The core responsibilities involve the preparation, installation, and configuration of IT workstations, notebooks, and printers, including necessary software deployment. A key part of the job is maintaining documentation of deployment processes using a ticketing system and actively analyzing and resolving disturbances within these processes. The technician will also manage and maintain the hardware inventory and serve as a crucial interface between internal departments like Technology, Logistics, and Dispatching.
