This role involves providing essential onsite IT support for a major client in Karlsruhe, acting as the primary interface between the client's internal IT department and end-users. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing local hardware and software support, analyzing and resolving disruptions in both areas, and ensuring continuous operation and high service quality. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration, an IT System Electronics Technician, or a comparable background, coupled with professional experience in 1st and 2nd level onsite support. Proficiency in MS Office, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals (DHCP, Firewalls) is required.
