Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite technical support and maintenance services for clients across Munich and the Southern Bavarian region. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing maintenance on PCs, laptops, printers, and other end devices, as well as diagnosing and resolving hardware, network, and Windows workstation issues. The technician will manage support cases using ticketing and documentation systems, set up complete workstations (including hardware installation and removal), and provide user instruction and data backup services. Key qualifications include a completed IT specialization (such as IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) and proven experience in troubleshooting mobile devices, notebooks, and printers. Strong proficiency in Active Directory and rights management, excellent German language skills, and a strong service-oriented approach are mandatory for success in this dynamic field support role.
