Job Summary
This role involves providing essential onsite technical support to clients of a leading German IT service provider, managing both hardware and software issues. Key responsibilities include setting up and configuring IT workstations, troubleshooting complex technical issues on PCs, laptops, and printers, and executing network tasks such as patching and fault analysis. The ideal candidate will have a background as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, strong experience in Windows client troubleshooting and MS Office environments, and proficiency in using ticketing systems.
