Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support for a leading German IT service provider, focusing on field service operations in the Potsdam area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware (desktops, notebooks, printers, mobile devices) and software, as well as network issue resolution. Key daily tasks include managing service requests via a ticketing system, setting up and dismantling workstations, and providing user instruction and data backup services. A strong background in Active Directory and standard hardware troubleshooting is required, alongside excellent German language skills and a Class B driver's license for regional travel.
