Job Summary
This role involves supporting the operation and strategic development of the Heidelberg Campus Online (heiCO) system, focusing heavily on data management, routine processing, and user support. The specialist will be responsible for co-managing Identity Management (IDM) processes, ensuring Uni-ID synchronization, and handling account acquisition procedures. Key tasks include designing and developing reports and queries using Business Intelligence (BI) tools, expanding functional interface structures, and supporting the integration of AI-enabled software components. A significant portion of the job involves maintaining and developing account synchronization routines with LDAP, Active Directory, and MetaDir, ensuring data quality, and providing first-level support through the heiCO-Helpdesk. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, project management knowledge, and expertise in database management, particularly Oracle and Python programming.
