Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT Client Technician seeking a stable, full-time position supporting a leading European IT service provider's clients, specifically the ITZ Bund. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the full lifecycle of end-user devices, including processing service requests and incident reports via a ticketing system, installing and deploying devices in the staging environment, and performing setup and teardown of workplace hardware, including cabling. A key part of the job includes IT administration tasks such as creating machine accounts, managing passwords, and documentation within Active Directory, as well as maintaining asset management lists and customer databases. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT System Integration or equivalent, paired with at least three years of professional experience in technical First/Second Level Support. Proficiency in MS 365, Windows 10 & 11, Active Directory, and device deployment via SCCM is mandatory, alongside fluent German language skills and a clean criminal record.

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification
