Job Summary

This role involves coordinating and optimizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) processes across an international group specializing in high-quality packaging machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for company-wide analysis of business processes, leading to the conception, implementation, and monitoring of ERP process optimizations and business applications. Key responsibilities include administering the Proalpha ERP system and other business applications, providing first- and second-level support to key users and end-users, and managing data provision for recurring reports and analyses. The position requires a background in IT, ideally with 2-3 years of professional experience in ERP infrastructure management and IT project coordination, coupled with fluent English skills and strong organizational abilities.
