Job Summary

The Packaging Group (TPG) is seeking a dedicated Process and Quality Management Specialist to join their team at the FAWEMA GmbH location in Engelskirchen, near Cologne. This crucial role focuses on maintaining and improving organizational standards by creating and training staff on process and quality management documentation. Day-to-day activities involve preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for management, conducting risk analyses to drive continuous process improvement, and actively participating in internal and external audits. The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical education, preferably supplemented by a process or quality management certification, and bring 2-3 years of relevant professional experience. Essential requirements include fluent English proficiency, strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and practical experience with ERP systems, ideally Pro Alpha.
