Job Summary

This role is with a growing, family-owned international automation systems company, focusing on enhancing and managing the organization's global IT security posture. The specialist will be crucial in designing, implementing, and operating tailored IT security solutions, specifically focusing on harmonizing the existing IT security landscape. Key responsibilities include the analysis and handling of IT Security Incidents, proactively analyzing security logs, risk identification and treatment, and providing 3rd-level support for deployed security systems. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Informatics or a related field, coupled with significant professional experience in IT Security Incident Management and deep knowledge of tools like EDR/XDR, SIEM, and Firewalling. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities in both German and English, and the capacity to coordinate and autonomously manage international security projects.
