Job Summary

This role involves developing customized, large-scale, on-site energy solutions, primarily focusing on data centers in core markets, to drive decarbonization and support growth ambitions. The Segment Developer will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and optimize the existing solution portfolio to build a strong project pipeline. Key responsibilities include customer acquisition and sales within the data center industry, developing comprehensive business cases and energy concepts, leading contract negotiations, and presenting proposals to clients and management. The successful candidate will drive decarbonization initiatives using various technologies (e.g., CHP, biomass, heat pumps, batteries, and digitalization) and manage all project development tasks within a multidisciplinary, international team up to contract signing. A strong technical background, entrepreneurial mindset, and experience in the data center industry are essential for success in this impactful role in Munich.
