Job Summary
This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for both national and international customers, handling inquiries independently and providing professional resolutions. A core responsibility is the autonomous processing and management of customer orders and contracts, leveraging prior experience in order fulfillment. Key requirements include a completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, proven experience in customer support and order processing, and proficiency in SAP systems and MS Office applications.
