Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT technical support, focusing on hardware and software installation, maintenance, and 1st/2nd level support for clients in the Central Region (Wörth am Rhein). Day-to-day tasks include setting up and dismantling IT infrastructure during installations and relocations, physically connecting client/server units and peripherals, performing function tests, and managing asset data and checklists. A key responsibility is conducting hardware repairs, troubleshooting failures, and performing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change). The ideal candidate must have a completed IT education, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, possess 3 years of practical experience in 2nd-level support for MacOS, Apple, and iOS environments, and be proficient with ticketing systems. This is a full-time, permanent position starting via temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover by the client company, offering a varied and dynamic work environment.

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT sector as an IT Specialist for System Integration (mandatory)

Experience

  • 3 years practical experience in 2nd-Level Support (MacOS, Apple, iOS)
  • Experience with CRM or Ticketing systems
  • Experience in cabling and connecting IT devices
  • Experience with independent processing of IT tickets and finding solutions with user interaction
  • Experience with independent installation, repair, and upgrading of hardware and software
