Job Summary

This crucial permanent role involves the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diverse electrical systems within the rail infrastructure, ensuring safe and reliable operations. The technician will focus on 50Hz electrical installations, including platform lighting, points heating, and infrastructure located in stations, tunnels, and along the tracks. Additional responsibilities include servicing E-charging stations, photovoltaic systems, and grounding/lightning protection systems. The position requires providing technical instructions to colleagues and managing the documentation of performance records and test protocols. Ideal candidates must possess a completed apprenticeship or technical school degree in electrical engineering or a related field, hold a valid Class B driving license, and be prepared for essential on-call, night, and weekend work.
