This role involves joining an established IT company specializing in comprehensive cybersecurity solutions for medium-sized businesses. As an IT Support Specialist, 2nd Level, you will be crucial in maintaining the security and functionality of client environments. Day-to-day duties include the proactive maintenance and administration of customer IT systems, ensuring existing solutions are updated, and meticulously documenting all configurations and environments. You will independently manage and resolve complex technical challenges escalated to the 2nd level via the ticketing system, collaborating closely with colleagues and participating actively in various customer projects. The ideal candidate holds a completed IT qualification (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent practical experience, coupled with at least two years of professional experience, preferably within a system house or IT service provider setting. Expertise in technologies like Microsoft 365, various firewall/security platforms, and backup solutions is highly valued.
