Job Summary

This role seeks a passionate Computational Scientist/Bioinformatician to join the Systems Immunology & Medicine unit, focusing on multi-omics analysis to develop predictive models for therapeutic targets against cancer and other diseases. The successful candidate will analyze large clinical and preclinical multi-omics datasets, including high-throughput sequencing, Ribo-seq, and proteomics, specifically aiming to improve antigen discovery and prioritization for immunotherapies. Day-to-day tasks involve comparing, developing, and maintaining computational pipelines for omics data, analyzing large cohorts to identify novel disease-specific antigens, and supporting the implementation of new multi-omics technologies. The position requires a PhD in Computational Biology and strong programming skills in Python or R, along with experience in high-performance computing and version control, offering the chance to contribute to cutting-edge immunotherapy research in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment.
