Job Summary

This role involves supporting a team across all areas of software development with a strong focus on cybersecurity. The Software Engineer will perform both advisory and operational tasks, spanning from conceptual design and programming to maintenance and continuous improvement of security solutions. Key responsibilities include optimizing internal cryptography APIs, conducting OS updates and security checks (STIGs), implementing SBOM scanners, and developing Secure Token Authentication (STA) solutions. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or a related field, has professional experience with .NET, and is familiar with cybersecurity concepts, clean code principles, and modern software architecture. This position is attractive due to its blend of hands-on development, security testing (SAST/DAST), risk analysis, and knowledge transfer, requiring fluency in both German and English.
